On Thursday February 2, 9, 16, and 23 join Leena Kalle for strength training classes for seniors designed to help increase muscle tone, flexibility, balance, strength and endurance using easy to follow movements.  Please find a quiet location in your home free from distractions and noise, wear comfortable clothing and sneakers, have a chair with or without arms and hand held weights or a weighted ball (if you don't have those, use 2 full 16 fl oz bottles of water).
