Each month the library offers open hours for children to make projects.
Free Sew Hours 3PM - 5PM
Register ONLY if you are experienced of using a sewing machine!
IF YOU ARE NEW TO A SEWING MACHINE, PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL TO SPMAKERSTIME@GMAIL.COM FOR MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. STAFF WILL CONTACT YOU TO SET UP A SESSION FOR TRYING THE SEWING MACHINE AT THE LIBRARY.
We will practice skills of cutting, sewing straight (quilting) lines, curved seams as well as using needles to make a project. Supplies will be provided.
You are welcome to join us with your own materials or invite your friends to make your own projects together!
