Songs, fingerplays and other language-building activities, and BUBBLES!  For children ages 23 months and under and their caregivers. It is intended to introduce babies to the library in a positive way. This is a lapsit program followed by play and socialization time. No cell phones please! Join us to learn about the celebration that marks the beginning of the of the traditional new year in Thailand! We will learn about the so called "water festival" through stories, crafts activities, and of course some tasty Thai snacks!
