This new program allows for babies and caregivers to spend some time socializing with each other in an informal and relaxed maner. Please note this will not be a structured program but we will have toys and books set out to enjoy.

Children ages 4 - 7 years old are invited to join us as we learn some simple yoga poses and how to practice mindfulness. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle as well as a yoga mat, towel or blanket.
