Meditation is an effective technique that helps to create more balanced in our lives, Join Arlene Samsel for this powerful program and learn a simple meditation technique to reclaim your peace, and incorporate more positivity and relaxation into your daily routine. This program will offer the attendees the opportunity to experience a powerful meditation technique and to ask questions about how to use it in your life. This technique will be explained and practiced during the session. This workshop will help you be better prepared to start the New Year with renewal and learn a fresh practice with a new approach.
Arlene Samsel is uniquely qualified and experienced in meditation, public speaking, and the performing arts. She has been an elementary school teacher and has also performed publicly as a musician for many years. In addition, Arlene was director of a camp where she taught children how to meditate. She has been meditating for 25 years and has given many meditation workshops and retreats which has enabled her to speak firsthand about the crucial role of meditation in enhancing the daily lives of busy people. Arlene and her husband have raised a family of 3 children and reside in New Brighton, Minnesota.
