In this program join Ajili Hodari, Esq long time Meditator who will explore the healing power of meditation and share techniques on how to unlock the door to a life of improved emotional and physical wellbeing. Meditation is much more than a simple tool to help people reduce stress but rather it helps to positively transform our inner self which in turn impacts our outer relationships and the way we cope with the stressors around us. Meditation can enhance our happiness on an individual level and is the secret to profound personal wellbeing and global healing. There will be a chance to try this out during the program.
