Program Description

Event Details

IN 2021 an archeological dig in the wetlands on New Brunswick Ave revealed encampments of indigenous people that date back thousands of years to the prehistoric Woodland period. The two sites yielded over 700 artifacts that give us valuable insight into the history of the area around the site as well as the larger NJ piedmont region.

Join archeologist Sean McHugh, RPA as he takes us through the journey of this important and exciting discovery!
